摘要
介绍了一种可实现将弗洛斯坦法不溶性阳极电镀锡生产线溶锡时产生的锡泥资源化利用的工艺系统,包括烘干设备、研磨设备、煅烧设备及产品收集设备。该系统简单可行、流程短、投资小、清洁环保,可得到含二氧化锡超过98%的产品。
A system for utilization of tin-containing sludge discharged from tin dissolution in a production line of Ferrostan tinning with dimensionally stable anode was introduced,including drying equipment,grinding equipment,calcining equipment,and product collecting equipment.The system is simple and feasible,and has advantages of short process,small investment,and environmentally friendly.The product contains more than 98%of tin dioxide.
