On Teaching and Scientific Research in Higher Vocational Colleges:Relationship,Concept and Strategy

教学工作是高等教育人才培养的基础,是高等职业教育发展的不竭源泉,而科研工作是促进教学发展的助推器。在分析当前高职院校教学与科研不和谐之处的基础上,通过“开、拓、创、新”更新教学科研理念,构建一条线、双引擎、三步走、四轮驱动的“1234战略”,进而提高高职教师教学与科研的能力,提升高职院校教育教学科研水平。

Teaching is the foundation of talents training in higher vocational colleges and an inexhaustible source of the development of higher vocational education,while scientific research is a booster to promote teaching development.Based on the analysis of the current disharmony between teaching and scientific research in higher vocational colleges,this paper proposes to update the concept of"opening,expanding,creating,innovating"in teaching and scientific research,and constructs a"1234 strategy"with one line,two engines,three steps and four wheels drive to improve the teaching and scientific research ability of higher vocational college teachers and the level of education,teaching and research in higher vocational colleges.
