高职院校实行“辅导员+导师制”管理模式探索

Exploration on Management Mode of"Counselor+Tutor System"in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前,高职院校普遍实行辅导员制的教育管理模式,虽然具有统一完整的管理体系,但由于多种现实问题的存在,影响了学生教育管理成效,在这种情况下,引入导师制为辅导员管理助力有其必要性和可行性。“辅导员+导师制”的双管理模式,可以充分发挥全员、全过程、全方位育人的优势,满足新时代高职教育发展和人才培养的需要。

At present,the education management mode of counselor system is widely implemented in higher vocational colleges.Although it has a unified and complete management system,because of the existence of a variety of practical problems,it affects the effectiveness of student education management.In this case,it is necessary and feasible to introduce tutor system to help the management of counselors.The double management mode of"counselor+tutor"system can give full play to the advantages of all staff,the whole process and all-round education,and meet the needs of the development of higher vocational education and talents training in the new era.
