基于可视化分析技术对比近15年国内外临床教学研究热点 被引量:2

A visual analysis of the clinical education of Web of Science and CNKI through 15 years

摘要 目的:了解近2003-2017年国内外医学专业临床教学的研究热点及临床医学教育研究的现状和发展趋势,为信息环境下临床教学的发展探寻新思路;方法:以Web of Science^TM核心合集数据库和中国知网数据库中临床医学教育相关文献作为研究对象进行时间段分析,借助CiteSpace软件完成可视化分析,构建国内外临床医学教育关键词共现知识图谱。结果:WOS数据库的研究热点为临床教学、继续教育和临床教学模式等;CNKI数据库的研究热点为临床教学改革、PBL和CBL教学法探索等。结论:与国外相比,近15年国内临床教学的发展仍存在较大差距,改革及人才培养模式方面需进行更深入的探索。 Objective:to understand the research hotspots of clinical teaching of medical specialty at home and abroad in recent 2003-2017,as well as the current situation and development trend of clinical medical education research,so as to explore new ideas for the development of clinical teaching under the information environment;methods:the research was conducted on the basis of"web of"The related literatures of clinical medical education in the databases of"scientetm core collection database"and"China National Knowledge Network"were taken as the research objects for time period analysis.The visualization analysis was completed with CiteSpace software,and the knowledge map of key words co-occurrence of clinical medical education at home and abroad was constructed.Results:the research hotspots of wos database were clinical teaching,continuing education and clinical teaching mode;CNKI database research hotspots were clinical teaching reform,PBL and Cbl teaching method exploration.Conclusion:compared with foreign countries,there is still a big gap in the development of clinical teaching in China in recent 15 years,and further exploration is needed in the reform and personnel training mode.
