Application value of 360 degree evaluation method in standardized training of resident physicians in ultrasound medicine

目的:研究360度评价法在超声医学住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法:分别由指导老师、住培秘书及住院医师自身以360度评价法从沟通能力、职业道德及上机能力方面对超声医学住院医师进行评价,并将指导医师对其评价与传统考试成绩比较。结果:研究表明360度评价能够清楚、合理、真实地评价出住院医师规范化培训学员沟通能力的真实水平,可用于学员的学习效果评价。

Objective:To study the application value of 360-degree evaluation method in the standardized training of ultrasound medical residents.Methods:The instructor,the secretary and the residents themselves evaluated the ultrasound medical resident from the aspects of communication ability,professional ethics,and computer skills with a 360-degree evaluation method,and compared the evaluation of the instructor with the traditional examination results.Results:The research showed that the 360-degree evaluation can clearly,reasonably and truthfully evaluate the true level of communication ability of residents in standardized training,and can be used to evaluate the learning effect of students.
