摘要
通过对浙江大学医学院两期全科医师转岗培训的理论和结业技能考核成绩的分析,探讨其中存在的问题,提出全科转岗培训的建议,如进一步加强理论学习、实行导师制、完善培训和考核方式等,从而进一步提高全科医师转岗培训效果。
Based on the analysis of the theory and examination results of the two stages of general practitioners’job transfer training in Medical College of Zhejiang University,this paper discusses the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions,such as further strengthening theoretical study,implementing tutorial system,improving training and assessment methods,so as to further improve the effect of general practitioner transfer training.
