摘要
目的:探讨线上CBL教学在全科医学住院医师规范化培训中的实践效果。方法:选取2019-2020年全科轮转的全科规培学员74人,开展线上和线下CBL教学并进行效果评价。结果:线上和线下CBL教学在考试成绩方面无统计学差异。师对生满意度及学员满意度调查线上高于线下。结论:线上CBL教学可达到良好的教学效果,带教老师及学员满意度高,有助于提高教学质量和效率,值得我们进一步探讨开展线上线下混合式教学。
To explore the practical effect of online CBL teaching in the standardized training of general practitioners.We compared the teaching effect from questionnaire survey,the written test and clinical case analysis.Results showed that there was no significant difference between online and offline CBL teaching clinical basics and case studies.Online teachers satisfaction and student satisfaction were higher than offline.Online CBL teaching can achieve good teaching effect.
