不同培训工具对危机事件模拟演练教学效果的影响

摘要 目的:探讨应用不同培训工具对危机事件模拟演练教学效果的影响。方法:将一年级外科规培医生随机分为两组,高级生命支持模拟人组(ACLS组)和生理驱动高仿真模拟人组(HPS组)。观察两组学员演练后的理论成绩和客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)成绩,调查满意度。结果:HPS组学员在增强医患沟通能力方面的评价高于ACLS组(P<0.05),其余方面的满意度、理论成绩和OSCE成绩两组均无统计学意义。结论:HPS或ACLS对危机事件模拟演练的教学效果影响无明显差异。 Objective:To explore the influence of different training tools on the teaching effect of crisis event simulation exercise.Methods:the first grade surgeons were randomly divided into two groups:advanced life support simulator group(ACLS group)and physiological driven high simulator group(HPS group).The theoretical and objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)scores of the two groups were observed,and their satisfaction was investigated.Results:the evaluation of the students in HPS group was higher than that in ACLS group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in other aspects of satisfaction,theoretical scores and OSCE scores between the two groups.Conclusion there is no significant difference between HPS and ACLS in the teaching effect of crisis event simulation exercise.
