天津科技企业利用资本市场现状及对策研究

Research on Status Quo and Countermeasures of Utilization of Capital Market by Science and Technology Enterprises in Tianjin

科技金融支撑科技创新,融资难、融资贵是制约天津科技型中小企业发展的重要因素,如何拓展和利用多层次资本市场缓解企业融资难题,培育新动能,助推企业做大做强,是未来我市科技型企业发展的重要途径。与国内先进城市相比,天津在上市企业数量、上市企业质量、高成长企业培育等方面还存在一定差距。通过比较分析,从加快科技型企业上市培育、建立科技金融数据库、建设科技金融集聚区、加快京津冀科技金融协同发展等方面提出相应建议。

Science and technology finance supports science and technology innovation.The difficulty and high cost of financing are the important factors restricting the development of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises in Tianjin.How to expand and utilize the multi-level capital market to ease the financing problems of enterprises,cultivate new kinetic energy and boost the enterprises to become bigger and stronger are the important ways for the future development of science and technology enterprises in our city.Compared with the domestic advanced cities,Tianjin still has a certain gap in the number of listed enterprises,the quality of listed enterprises and the cultivation of high-growth enterprises.Through comparative analysis,corresponding suggestions are put forward in terms of speeding up the cultivation of science and technology enterprises to be listed,establishing science and technology finance database,building science and technology finance cluster area,and speeding up the coordinated development of science and technology finance in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
