科技期刊的选题策划——以《北京水务》期刊为例

Topic Selection Planning of Sci-tech Journals——Taking Beijing Water as an Example

科技期刊传承人类文明,荟萃科学发现,引领科技发展,直接体现国家科技竞争力。目前我国科技期刊数量庞大,但缺少精品,要建设世界一流科技期刊任重而道远。针对当前许多科技期刊存在的稿源不足、稿件质量不高、优秀稿源外流、稿件同质化等问题,提出科技期刊要以选题策划为抓手,并从选题策划的重要性,实施方法、原则、方向等层面结合《北京水务》的工作实践进行阐述,以期争取优秀稿源,不断提高办刊水平。

Sci-tech journals inherit human civilization,gather scientific discoveries,lead the development of science and technology,and directly reflect the national technological competitiveness.Currently,there is a large amount of sci-tech journals in China,but there is a lack of high-quality ones,so it still has a long way to go to establish world-class sci-tech journals.To address the problems in many sci-tech journals such as insufficient manuscript sources,low quality of manuscripts,outflow of excellent manuscripts,homogenization of manuscripts,it is put forward that sci-tech journals should be based on topic selection and planning.Combined with work practices in Beijing Water,the importance of topic selection and planning,implementation method,principle,direction and other aspects are explained to obtain excellent manuscript sources and continuously improve the journal leve.
