新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下医学生心理体验的质性研究

Qualitative study on the psychological experience of medical students amid COVID-19

目的:了解新型肺炎疫情下医学生的心理体验,为医学教育提供重要参考。方法:对15名湖北籍医学生进行半结构式深入访谈,运用Nvivo 11软件进行分析。结果:提炼出4个主题:(1)家庭幸福感增强,网络学习逐渐适应;(2)情绪基本平和,情感变化深刻;(3)职业认同增强,专业自信提高;(4)关注认可中医,文化自信提升。结论:医学教育工作者可借此开展各种形式的思想政治教育。

Objective: In order to investigate the psychological experience of medical students under the outbreak of COVID-19 and provide valuable references for medical education. Methods:15 medical students from Hubei province were interviewed in depth based on qualitative research method and texts analysis were performed by using Nvivo11 software. Results: 4 themes were extracted: increase family well-being and gradually adapt to online learning;basically keep calm and emotion changes deeply;professional identity enhancement and professional confidence improvement;focus on recognition of Traditional Chinese Medicine and improvement of cultural confidence. Conclusion: Medical educators can take this opportunity to carry out various forms of ideological and political education.
