摘要
优秀的护理学教材是培养护理人才的基础。通过对中美老年护理学教材的比较分析,得出合理的理论构架、渗透护理人文、启发评判性思维、合理转化科研成果、具体可行的实践能力培养、信息化的教材外延是优秀老年护理教材发展趋势。
Excellent nursing textbooks provide the basis for cultivating nursing talents. Through the comparative analysis of geriatric nursing textbooks of China and the United States, this paper finds that a good quality textbook of Geriatric Nursing should have a reasonable theoretical framework, emphasis on humanistic spirit, inspire student’s critical thinking, transformation of scientific research results rationally, have concrete and feasible practical training contents, and extend the knowledge by provide the digital information.
