摘要
采用全程情境模拟教学法培训规培住院医师.通过与传统教学法比较发现学生的临床技能操作成绩显著提高。这种新型的教学方式还可以提高学生临床思维能力、团队协作能力及医患沟通能力,从而促进其临床核心胜任力的提高。
Compared with the traditional teaching method,the students’clinical skills and operation scores were significantlyimproved.This new teaching method can also improve students'clinical thinking ability,team cooperation ability and doctor-patientcommunication ability,so as to improve their clinical core competence.
