临床医学全日制硕士研究生教育满意度调查研究--基于在读研究生视角 被引量:4

Satisfaction of full-time postgraduate education in clinical medicine from the perspective of postgraduate students

摘要 目的:探究临床医学全日制专业型硕士及学术型硕士对教育的满意度及存在的差异。方法:运用问卷调查法,对广西某高等医学院校2016级临床医学858名全日制硕士研究生进行匿名调查,定量资料采用均数±标准差进行统计描述,运用t检验进行统计推断,以P<0.05表示差别具有统计学意义。结果:学术型硕士的教育满意度高于专业型硕士。课程培养、实践培养、科研培养方面,学术型硕士为比较满意,专业型硕士为一般满意;管理服务上,学术型硕士比较满意,专业型硕士比较不满意。建议:调整课程安排,优化课程内容;增加补助津贴,完善管理服务;提升科研平台,增强科研能力。 Objective: to explore the educational satisfaction and difference between full-time professional master and academic master in clinical medicine. Methods a total of 858 full-time Postgraduates of clinical medicine of grade 2016 in a Medical College of Guangxi were investigated anonymously by questionnaire. The quantitative data were described by means of mean ± standard deviation, and the statistical inference was made by t-test. The difference was statistically significant with P<0.05. Results the educational satisfaction of academic masters was higher than that of professional masters. In terms of curriculum training, practice training and scientific research training, the academic master is relatively satisfied, and the professional master is generally satisfied;in terms of management service, the academic master is relatively satisfied, and the professional master is not satisfied. It is suggested that we should adjust the curriculum arrangement and optimize the course content, increase subsidies, improve management services, and enhance scientific research platform and ability.
