火电厂汽轮发电机常见故障分析及对策

随着社会经济水平的不断提高,人们对电能的需求量越来越大,因此,对电能的稳定性提出了更高的要求。而火力发电是我国经常采用的一种发电方式,在火力发电的过程中,汽轮发电机是否能够正常、稳定、安全地运行直接影响了供电效果。基于以上情况,文章针对火力发电厂汽轮机常见的故障进行简要的分析,同时对如何解决这些故障问题进行探讨,并提出相应的对策,以延长汽轮发电机的使用寿命,提高汽轮发电机的运行性能。

With the development of society and economy,people need more and more electric energy,so the stability of electric energy is more important.In the process of thermal power generation,whether the turbo-generator can run normally,stably and safely has a direct influence on the power supply effect.Based on the above situation,this paper makes a brief analysis of the common faults of the thermal power station turbine;at the same time,it discusses how to solve these problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to prolong the service life of the turbine generator,thus improving the operation performance of turbo-generator.
