摘要
工业4.0浪潮下催生的智慧风场和智能风机,极大限度地提升了风电作为清洁能源的各项效应,而叶片作为整个风机中最大的前端捕风部件,在业内智能技术的应用极其匮乏也是智能风机效能提升的一大短板,文章通过论述利用现有智能技术,应用于风机叶片进行全生命周期状态监测,实现叶片的健康预测、异常预警、预测性维护和基于大数据的生产设计端优化升级,打造智能叶片赋能风机和风场的智慧升级。
Smart wind farm and intelligent wind turbine generated under Industrial 4.0 wave have greatly enhanced various effects of wind power as a clean energy,while blade as the largest front-end wind trapping component has its short board in the application and shortage of intelligent technology in industry in terms of efficiency improvement.This paper deals with the existing intelligent technology applied to the whole life cycle state monitoring of turbine blades,so as to realize the health prediction,anomaly early warning,predictive maintenance,as well as the optimization and upgrading of production design based on big data,and finally aims to create intelligent blade energizing fan and wind field wisdom upgrade.
