电力企业班组安全管理水平提升研究

班组是企业最小的生产组织,也是企业最前沿的生产单位,是企业安全管理工作的落脚点和具体实践者,同时也是事故发生最多的薄弱环节。基础不牢地动山摇,我项目部从提升员工安全素质入手,不断借鉴先进的班组安全建设理念和管理方法,规范班组长队伍建设、强化班组安全建设提高现场安全管理水平,使我项目部的班组安全建设工作有了新的提高。

Team is enterprise's smallest production organization and forefront production unit,and it is also the foothold and specific practitioners of an enterprise's safety management work,as well as the weakest link in accident occurrence.A weak base leads to a shaky building,as the saying goes.Ourteam starts from improving employees'safety quality,constantly learning from advanced team safety construction concept and management methods,so as to standardize our own team construction,strengthen team safety,and improve site safety management level,thus making our project team's safety construction work improve recently.
