摘要
[目的]Fluxametamide是由日产化学工业株式会社开发的新型异唑啉类杀虫剂,探索了其合成方法,并测试了其杀虫活性。[方法]以4-乙酰基-2-甲基苯甲酸和乙烯基丁基醚为起始原料制备了fluxametamide,并经核磁及高分辨质谱表征验证其结构。[结果]所述合成路线反应收率较高。室内杀虫活性测试结果表明:fluxametamide对鳞翅目害虫小菜蛾和黏虫具有较高的杀虫活性。
[Aims]Fluxametamide is a novel isoxazoline insecticide developed by Nissan Chemical Industries,Ltd..The synthetic method for fluxametamide was explored,and its insecticidal activities were tested.[Methods]Fluxametamide was synthesized successfully with 5-bromo-2-methylbenzoic acid and n-butyl vinyl ether as the starting materials.Meanwhile,the structural characterization of fluxametamide was identified by1 H NMR and HRMS.[Results]Fluxametamide was afforded in high yield via the synthetic method presented in this paper.Insecticidal assays indicated that fluxametamide exhibited high insecticidal activities against Lepidoptera pests such as Plutella xylostella and Mythimna separata.
