摘要
[目的]旨在研究二硫键、溶剂极性、表面活性剂HLB值和体系pH值等对40%啶菌噁唑·福美双悬乳剂理化性能指标的影响。[方法]通过对二硫键键势能、电子对和键特性的分析和试验验证,探索样品膏化和福美双分解的原因。[结果]溶剂极性越大,含福美双悬乳剂样品黏度越小;表面活性剂HLB值越大,样品黏度越小、粒径越小和有效悬浮率越高;pH值接近中性,福美双分解率越低。[结论]40%啶菌噁唑·福美双悬乳剂选择极性值在4以上的溶剂,选择HLB值大于15的表面活性剂,同时调整样品的pH值在7左右时可以得到黏度合适、粒径较小、有效悬浮率大于90%,福美双分解率小于5%的合格样品。
[Aims]The effects of the disulfide bond,the solvent polarity,the surfactant HLB value and the system pH value on the physicochemical properties of SYP-Z048·thiram 40%suspoemulsion were studied in this paper.[Methods]Based on the theoretical analysis of the potential energy,the electron pair and the character of the disulfide bond and some experiments,the reasons for the solidification and decomposition of the thiram were discussed.[Results]When the polarity of the solvent is higher,the viscosity of the sample is lower;when the HLB value of the surfactant is higher,the viscosity and the particle size are smaller,and the effective suspension rate is higher;when p H value is close to neutral,and the decomposition rate of thiram is qualified.[Conclusions]The results showed that the suitable viscosity,smaller particle size,more than 90%effective suspension rate and less than 5%decomposition rate of thiram could be obtained by selecting the solvent with polarity value above 4,surfactant with HLB value greater than15,and adjusting the pH value of the sample at about 7.
