防治黄瓜靶斑病药剂活体筛选与田间应用 被引量:3

Fungicide Screening by Potted Seedling and Field Application against Cucumber Target Leaf Spot

摘要 [目的]筛选出对黄瓜靶斑病具有良好防治效果的杀菌剂。[方法]室内盆栽苗活性测定方法与田间药效试验。[结果]盆栽苗活性试验中,3种SDHI类杀菌剂氟唑菌酰羟胺、氟唑菌酰胺、氟吡菌酰胺对黄瓜靶斑病显示出良好活性,其他被测药剂咪鲜胺、百菌清、戊唑醇、啶酰菌胺、肟菌酯、吡噻菌胺、苯醚甲环唑的活性较弱;田间试验中,氟唑菌酰羟胺、氟唑菌酰胺、氟吡菌酰胺对该病害具有良好的防治效果。[结论]农业生产中,可使用氟唑菌酰羟胺、氟唑菌酰胺、氟吡菌酰胺进行黄瓜靶斑病防治。 [Aims] The study aims to screen effective fungicides against cucumber target leaf spot. [Methods] Potted seedling experiment and field trials were conduted. [Results] Pydiflumetofen, fluxapyroxad and fluopyram belonging to succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors had good activity against cucumber target leaf spot on potted seedling. The activities of the others including prochloraz, chlorothalonil, tebuconazole, boscalid, trifloxystrobin, penthiopyrad and difenoconazole were all low in this test. Pydiflumetofen, fluxapyroxad and fluopyram also showed good efficacy against this disease in field. [Conclusions] Pydiflumetofen, fluxapyroxad and fluopyramcan be applied to control cucumber target spot in agricultural production.
