摘要
[目的]筛选出安全高效环保型防治柑橘根结线虫的杀线剂。[方法]采用浸泡法测定8种药剂对柑橘病原根结线虫(Meloidogyne panyuensis)的室内生物活性,并进行田间药效评价试验。[结果]室内生物活性测定结果显示:供试化学杀线剂以3.2%阿维菌素EC最高,其LC50值为0.4206 mg/L,其次是41.7%氟吡菌酰胺SC、21%阿维·噻唑膦EW;供试生物杀线剂的生物活性由高到低依次为5亿孢子/g淡紫拟青霉WP、8亿芽孢/g蜡质芽孢杆菌WP、2.5亿孢子/g厚垣轮枝菌GR、100亿芽孢/g坚强芽孢杆菌WP。田间药效试验结果显示:药后30 d,41.7%氟吡菌酰胺SC防效最高为89.65%,其次为21%阿维·噻唑膦EW、3.2%阿维菌素EC;药后60 d,21%阿维·噻唑膦EW防效最高为75.26%,其次为5亿孢子/g淡紫拟青霉WP。[结论]21%阿维·噻唑膦EW、5亿孢子/g淡紫拟青霉WP和100亿芽孢/g坚强芽孢杆菌WP对柑橘根结线虫防治效果好,持效期长,可作为防治柑橘根结线虫的推荐药剂应用于生产。
[Aims]This study aims to sc reen out the safe and efficient nematicides for control of citrus Meloidogyne panyuensis.[Methods]The soaking method was used to measure the bioactivities of 8 pesticides to M.panyuensis,and their field efficacy were tested.[Results]Bioactivities results showed that abamectin 3.2%EC showed the highest bioactivities with LC50 of 0.4206 mg/L,followed by fluopyram 41.7%SC and fosthiazate·avermectins 21%EW.The bioactivity order of the tested biological nematicides from high to low are 500 million spores/g Paecilomyces lilacinus WP,800 million spores/g Bacillus cereus WP,250 million spores/g Verticillium chrysogenus GR,10 billion spores/g B.firmus WP.The results of field efficacy tests showed that at 30 days after treatment,fluopyram 41.7%SC had the highest control effect of 89.65%,followed by fosthiazate·avermectins 21%EW and avermectin 3.2%EC.At 60 days after treatment,fosthiazate avermectins 21%EW displayed the highest control effect of 75.26%,followed by 500 million spores/g P.lilacinus WP.[Conclusions]Fosthiazate·avermectins 21%EW,500 million spores/g P.lilacinus WP and 10 billion spores/g B.firmus WP have good control effect on M.panyuensis with a long lasting period,and are recommended for control of M.panyuensis in production.
