摘要
目的:建立远志地上部位的芒果苷和总皂苷含量测定方法,为远志非药用资源开发提供支持。方法:采用HPLC液相色谱法、比色法分别对远志地上部位芒果苷及总皂苷进行含量测定。结果:远志地上部位样品总皂苷含量范围是0.30~0.75 mg/g,芒果苷含量范围是8.48~9.19 mg/g。结论:HPLC液相色谱法、比色法测定远志地上部位中的芒果苷和总皂苷含量的方法简单、可靠。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Mangigerin and Total saponins in the above ground part of Radix Polygalae to provide support for the development of non-medicinal resources in Radix Polygalae.Methods The contents of mangiferin and total saponins were determined by HPLC and colorimetric method respectively.Results The total saponins content ranged from 0.30 to 0.75 mg/g,and the range of Mangiferin content was 8.48 to 9.19 mg/g.Conclusion The method determination of Mangiferin and total saponins in Radix Polygalae by HPLC and colorimetric method is simple and reliable.
