黄鹤教授运用加味降胃镇冲汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临证经验

Professor Huang He’s Experience in Treating Bile Reflux Gastritis with Jiawei Jiangwei Zhenchong Decoction

胆汁反流性胃炎是临床常见病、多发病。中医治疗此病多从肝胆论治,黄鹤教授认为本病多因情志因素、饮食失宜等导致肝胃不和,冲胃气逆,胆汁上溢,胆胃失和。治以疏肝平冲、和胃降逆、健运脾胃,运用自拟加味降胃镇冲汤加减治疗。以期为临床治疗此病提供参考。

Bile reflux gastritis is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic.The treatment of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine is mainly from the liver and gallbladder.Professor Huang He believes that the disease is mainly due to emotional factors,improper diet and so on,which lead to incoordination between the liver and stomach,Chong qi and stomach qi upward reverse,bile overflow,and incoordination between the stomach and the gallbladder.It is treated with Shugan Pingchong,harmonizing the stomach,invigorating the spleen and stomach,and modified Jiawei Jiangwei Zhenchong Decoction.This prescription provides a reference for clinical treatment of this disease.
