能级管理模式在小儿输液室护理管理中的应用

Application of Energy Level Management Model in the Nursing Management of Children's Infusion Room

目的分析对小儿输液室护理管理中应用能级管理模式的效果。方法该院自2018年4月开始在小儿输液室护理管理中应用能级管理模式,将2017年3月-2018年3月未进行能级管理模式阶段看作为对比组,对2018年4月-2019年4月行能级管理模式阶段看作为研究组,分析小儿输液室16名护理人员接受管理前后,100例患儿家属对其工作满意度。结果研究组患儿家属对护理人员的总护理满意度为95%,高于对比组患儿家属对医护人员的总护理满意度75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组最终护理质量明显高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿输液室护理管理中应用能级管理模式的效果显著,值在临床护理管理中广泛应用和推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of applying energy level management model in the nursing management of pediatric infusion room.Methods The hospital began to apply the energy level management model in the nursing management of the pediatric infusion room from April 2018.The period from March 2017 to March 2018 without the energy level management model was regarded as the comparison group.From April 2018 to April 2019,the performance level management model stage was regarded as a research group,and the work satisfaction of 100 patients'family members before and after 16 nurses in the pediatric infusion room were analyzed.Results The total nursing satisfaction of the family members of the children in the study group to the nursing staff was 95%,which was higher than the total nursing satisfaction of the family members of the children in the control group to the medical staff by 75%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the final nursing quality of the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of applying energy level management mode in the nursing management of pediatric infusion room is significant,and it is worthy of being widely used and popularized in clinical nursing management.
