预防接种门诊安全接种工作中采取PDCA管理模式的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of PDCA Management Mode Adopted in the Safe Vaccination Work in the Preventive Vaccination Clinic

目的评价预防接种门诊安全接种工作过程中运用PDCA管理模式所取得的管理效果。方法将2018年2-10月预防接种门诊收入的36名儿童及36名儿童家长纳入参比组调查资料,该组选取一般管理模式,将2019年2-10月预防接种门诊收入的36名儿童及36名儿童家长纳入实验组调查资料,该组选取PDCA管理模式,比较儿童预防接种不安全事件发生率、儿童家长满意度。结果实验组儿童预防接种不安全事件发生率小于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组儿童家长满意度大于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在预防接种门诊安全接种工作过程中采取PDCA管理模式显示较好管理干预效果,促使预防接种门诊安全接种工作管理质量得以明显提升,展示出重要推广使用的管理干预优势。

Objective To evaluate the management effect of PDCA management model in the process of safe vaccination in the vaccination clinic.Methods The 36 children and 36 children's parents who received income from the vaccination clinic from February to October 2018 were included in the survey data of the reference group.The group selected the general management model and set the period from February to October 2019.36 children and 36 children's parents with monthly immunization outpatient income were included in the investigation data of the experimental group.The group selected the PDCA management model to compare the incidence of unsafe incidents of child vaccination and the rate of satisfaction with children parents.Results The incidence of unsafe incidents of children's vaccination in the experimental group were less than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the rate of satisfaction with parents of children in the experimental group were greater than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA management mode adopted in the process of safe vaccination in the vaccination clinic,promotes the management quality of safe vaccination in the vaccination clinic to be significantly improved,and demonstrates the advantages of management intervention that is important to promote use.
