风险管理在精神科护理管理中的运用及效果探究

The Application and Effect of Risk Management in Psychiatric Nursing Management

目的分析评价精神科护理管理中风险管理方法的运用及效果。方法该次将该院2019年1-12月在职的36名精神科护士作为研究的对象,在护理管理工作中加强风险管理,比较风险管理实施前后,护士的护理管理服务质量指标评分情况;另取同期接受护理管理的100例精神疾病患者作为研究的对象,对实施风险管理前后风险事件发生率进行比较。结果淤风险管理实施后,护士的护理文书书写、规范服务、病房管理、健康宣教四项护理管理能力指标评分均明显高于风险管理实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。于在患者风险事件总发生率上,风险管理实施后的,和实施前的比较明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神科护理管理中风险管理的实施,可提高精神科护士的护理管理能力水平,并降低患者风险事件发生率;所以,具备推广及使用的价值。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the application and effect of risk management methods in psychiatric nursing management.Methods 36 psychiatric nurses in the hospital from January to December 2019 were used as the research objects.In their nursing management work risk management was strengthened,and the nursing management service quality index scores of nurses before and after the implementation of risk management were compared.Another 100 patients with mental illness who received nursing management during the same period were selected as the research objects,and the incidence of risk events before and after risk management was compared.Results 1.After the implementation of risk management,the scores of the four nursing management ability indicators of nurses'nursing document writing,standardized services,ward management,and health education and education were significantly higher than before the implementation of risk management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In terms of the total incidence of patient risk events,after the implementation of risk management,the comparison was significantly lower than before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of risk management in psychiatric nursing management can improve the nursing management ability of psychiatric nurses and reduce the incidence of patient risk events;therefore,it has the value of promotion and use.
