重症监护室护理管理中循证护理应用的效果分析

Observation on the Effect of Evidence-based Nursing in the Nursing Management of Intensive Care Unit

目的分析重症监护室护理管理中循证护理应用的效果。方法将于2018年7月-2019年8月该院收治的重症监护室患者共有80例及护理人员20人作为观察对象,随机分为观察组院重症监护室患者40例,对照组院重症监护室患者40例,护理人员每组10人,观察组实施安全循证管理,对照组实施常规管理,对比观察两组患者管理事件发生情况、患者对于管理人员的满意度、管理人员评分。结果观察组管理事件的发生概率明显低于对照组管理事件的发生概率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组管理人员评分优于对照组管理人员评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度反馈情况优于对照组患者满意度反馈情况,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重症监护室护理管理中应用循证管理,有效提升患者的管理有效率,减少管理不良事件的发生率,提升患者的管理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing management of intensive care unit.Methods A total of 80 patients in the intensive care unit and 20 nursing staff will be admitted to the hospital from July 2018 to August 2019 as observation objects.They were taken as observation objects and randomly divided into observation group:40 patients in intensive care unit,control group:40 patients in the intensive care unit,10 nursing staff in each group,the observation group implemented safety evidence-based management,and the control group implemented routine management.Compare and observe the occurrence of management events of the two groups of patients and the satisfaction,management staff score of the patients with the management staff.Results The occurrence probability of management events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of managers in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction feedback of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based management in the nursing management of the intensive care unit can effectively improve the efficiency of patient management,reduce the incidence of management adverse events,and improve patient management satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
