慢病长处方对社区高血压患者管理的影响分析

Analysis of the Impact of Chronic Disease Long Prescription on the Management of Hypertension Patients in the Community

目的分析针对社区高血压患者实施慢病长处方诊疗方法的影响效果。方法于2017年10月-2018年10月选取70例高血压患者,分为对照组与观察组,分别采用常规方案和慢病长处方方案,同时采用相同干预管理方案,以就医体验满意度、就诊效率和±从性为观察指标。结果观察组患者就医体验满意度和±从性分别为97.14%和100.00%明显高于对照组患者的74.29%和80.00%;观察组患者就诊等待时间、就诊时间和就诊次数明显少于对照组,就诊效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将慢病长处方用于高血压患者管理中效果显著,可明显提高就诊效率,缩短患者的就诊时间,同时提高患者的满意度和±从性,以便后期诊疗工作的开展。

Objective To analyze the effect of the long-term prescription diagnosis and treatment method for chronic diseases for hypertensive patients in the community.Methods Seventy hypertensive patients from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group.The conventional plan and chronic disease longterm prescription plan were adopted respectively,and the same intervention management plan was adopted.The satisfaction of medical experience,medical efficiency and compliance were used as observation indicators.Results The satisfaction and compliance of patients in the observation group were 97.14%and 100.00%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of 74.29%and 80.00%in the control group.The waiting time,time and frequency of visits in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group,with higher efficiency,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The long-term prescription for chronic diseases has a significant effect in the management of hypertensive patients.It can significantly improve the efficiency of treatment,shorten the time of treatment,and improve the satisfaction and compliance of patients,so that the development of later diagnosis and treatment can be widely implemented.
