探讨人性化护理管理对恢复期精神分裂症患者的影响

Discuss the Influence of Humanized Nursing Management on Patients with Schizophrenia in Recovery Period

目的探讨人性化护理管理对恢复期精神分裂症患者的影响。方法选取该院精神科30名护理人员作为研究对象,于2018年2月实施护理管理,对比2016年8月-2018年2月未实施护理管理期间和2018年3月-2019年8月实施护理管理期间护理人员的护理质量,以及由30名护理人员管理的患者(n=40)的BPRS评分、SDSS评分、SAS评分和SDS评分。结果实施护理管理后,患者的BPRS评分(31.57±4.38)分、SDSS评分(34.16±2.87)分、SAS评分(41.48±4.67)分和SDS评分(42.33±3.69)分均小于实施护理管理前,护理质量优于实施护理管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用人性化护理管理能够有效提高恢复期精神分裂症患者的治疗效果,显著提高了护理人员的护理质量,改善了患者的焦虑程度和抑郁程度,恢复了患者的社会功能,帮助他们尽快融入社会和家庭。

Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing management on patients with schizophrenia during the recovery period.Methods 30 nursing staff in the psychiatric department of the hospital were selected as the research objects,and nursing management was implemented in February 2018,compared with the period of non-care management from August 2016 to February 2018 and from March 2018 to August 2019 of the nursing quality of nursing staff during nursing management,and the BPRS score,SDSS score,SAS score and SDS score of patients(n=40)managed by 30 nursing staff.Results After the implementation of nursing management,the patient's BPRS score(31.57±4.38)points SDSS score(34.16±2.87)points,SAS score(41.48±4.67)points and SDS score(42.33±3.69)points were all lower than before the implementation of nursing management,and the quality of care was greater than before the implementation of nursing management.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of humanized nursing management can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with schizophrenia during the recovery period,significantly improve the quality of nursing care,improve the anxiety and depression of the patients,restore the social function of the patients,and help them integrate society and family as soon as possible.
