无缝隙护理管理模式在腹膜透析患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Seamless Nursing Management Model in Peritoneal Dialysis Patients

目的对无缝隙护理管理模式在腹膜透析患者中的应用效果进行观察。方法该次研究对象为2018年12月-2019年12月入院120例腹膜透析患者,按照患者入院时间先后顺序将其分为两个组别,将无缝隙护理管理模式应用于60例实验组患者中,将常规护理管理模式应用于60例对照组患者中,将两组患者治疗过程中护理的效果进行对比。结果实验组患者和对照组患者的护理总满意例数为58(96.66%)和43(71.66%),经过护理管理,两组患者的生活质量评分分别为(87.45±10.08)分和(72.03±8.23)分,同时实验组患者的各项自我管理知识水平评分均高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论就能够促进患者自我管理能力的提升。

Objective To observe the application effect of seamless nursing management model in peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods The subjects of this study were 120 patients with peritoneal dialysis.The earliest admission time was December 2018 to December 2019.The patients were divided into two groups according to the order of admission time.The seamless nursing management model was applied to 60 patients in the experimental group,and the conventional nursing management model was applied to 60 patients in the control group.The effects of nursing care during the treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total number of satisfied nursing patients in the experimental group and control group was 58(96.66%)and 43(71.66%).After nursing management,the quality of life scores of the two groups were(87.45±10.08)points and(72.03±8.23)points.At the same time,the scores of various self-management knowledge levels of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying seamless nursing management model to peritoneal dialysis patients can improve patients' nursing satisfaction As well as the quality of life,it can also promote the improvement of patients'self-management ability.
