护理质量控制小组管理模式在外科护理管理中的应用效果探讨

Discussion on the Application Effect of Nursing Quality Control Group Management Model in Surgical Nursing Management

目的分析评价护理质量控制小组管理模式在外科护理管理中的应用效果。方法将该院2019年1-12月在职的24名外科护士作为研究对象,在外科护理管理工作中实施护理质量控制小组管理模式,比较实施前后护士的护理质量评分情况;另取同期接受护理干预的100例外科患者作为研究的次对象,对患者对护理工作满意情况进行评价。结果淤在护士的健康教育、基础护理、护理操作、心理护理评分方面,实施护理质量控制小组管理模式后均明显高于实施前,实施前后数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。于100例患者,满意84例、基本满意13例、不满意3例,总满意度为97.00%。结论在外科护理管理工作中实施护理质量控制小组管理模式,可提高护士的护理能力技巧,并提高患者对护士护理服务工作的满意程度。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the application effect of nursing quality control group management model in surgical nursing management.Methods This time,24 surgical nurses who were employed in the hospital from January to December 2019 were the main subjects of the study.The nursing quality control team management model was implemented in the surgical nursing management work,and the nursing quality scores of nurses before and after implementation were compared;100 surgical patients who received nursing intervention during the same period were regarded as the sub-objects of the study,and the patients'satisfaction with the nursing work was evaluated.Results 1.In terms of nurses'health education,basic nursing,nursing operation,and psychological nursing scoring,after the implementation of the nursing quality control group management model,they were significantly higher than before,and there were statistically significant differences in the data before and after the implementation(P<0.05).2.Of 100 patients,84 were satisfied,13 were basically satisfied,and 3 were dissatisfied.The total satisfaction rate was 97.00%.Conclusion The implementation of nursing quality control group management mode in surgical nursing management can improve nurses'nursing skills and improve patients'satisfaction with nurses'nursing services.
