摘要
目的探讨护理信息化管理在临床护理质量管理与持续改进中的应用效果。方法2019年2-9月间随机将300例住院患者分为观察组和对照组,每组150例,观察组实施信息化护理管理,对照组实施常规非信息化护理管理,比较两组护理质量评价得分、健康宣教评价指标得分及满意度。结果观察组护理质量各指标评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组健康宣教各指标评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理信息化管理能够有效促进临床护理质量,利于全院护理质量持续改进工作的开展,提高护理质量持续改进质量,提升护理满意度提升。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing information management in clinical nursing quality management and continuous improvement.Methods From February to September 300 hospitalized patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each with 150 cases.The observation group implemented informationbased nursing management,and the control group implemented conventional non-informative nursing management.The two groups were compared with the evaluation scores of nursing quality and health education evaluation indicators and satisfaction.Results The scores of various indicators of nursing quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of health promotion and education indicators in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing informatization management can effectively promote the quality of clinical nursing,which is conducive to the continuous improvement of nursing quality in the whole hospital,improving the quality of nursing,and improving the satisfaction of nursing.
