移动电视宣教对癌痛患者服药的依从性及生活质量的影响

The Influence of Mobile TV Education on Medication Compliance and Quality of Life of Patients with Cancer Pain

目的将移动电视宣教用于癌痛患者中,研究其对患者服药±从性及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年9月-2019年6月收治的86例癌痛患者分组研究,随机分成观察组(n=43)与对照组(n=43),对照组行常规宣教,观察组行移动电视宣教,对两组宣教结果进行比较。结果观察组±从性为95.35%,与对照组76.74%相比,相对更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项生活质量评分与对照组相比,均相对更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对癌痛患者而言,实施移动电视宣教意义重大,可提升患者用药±从性,改善生活质量,值得应用。

Objective To apply mobile TV education to patients with cancer pain,and to study its effect on medication compliance and quality of life.Methods A group study of 86 cancer pain patients admitted from September 2018 to June 2019 was selected and randomly divided into an observation group(n=43)and a control group(n=43).The control group received regular education and the observation group received mobile TV,compare the results of the two groups of missions.Results The compliance of the observation group was 95.35%,which was relatively higher than 76.74%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life scores of the observation group were relatively higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cancer pain,the implementation of mobile TV education is of great significance.It can improve patient compliance with medication and improve the quality of life.It is worthy of application.
