情景启发式教学在针灸推拿学教学中的实践价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究情景启发式教学在针灸推拿学教学中的实践价值。方法该研究选取2015年1月-2019年11月进入该院进行临床实习的60名本科学生作为研究对象,以交替分组法将其随机分为两组,各30名。针灸推拿学教学中,传统组采取传统教学,实验组采取情景启发式教学,对比两组学生的考核成绩以及对教学模式的评估情况,并对其进行主观临床随访,对比调查结果。结果实验组护理实习生的理论成绩、实践操作成绩明显高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组学生教学效果评估内容评分(有利于提高学习质量、有利于职业发展、有利于培养临床思维、学习满意度)明显高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组回访调查结果(医患沟通能力、临床基本功、临床适应能力、带教满意度)明显优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统的教学方式相比,情景启发式教学应用于针灸推拿学教学中的优势更明显,可明显提高学生对理论知识的掌握程度和实践操作的熟练度,提高其综合素质,还能让学生对教学过程和效果更加满意。 Objective To explore the practical value of situational heuristic teaching in acupuncture and massage teaching.Methods In this study,60 undergraduate students who entered the hospital for clinical practice from January 2015 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 students in each group by the alternate grouping method.In the teaching of acupuncture and massage,the traditional group adopted traditional teaching,and the experimental group adopted situational heuristic teaching.The assessment results of the two groups of students and the evaluation of the teaching mode are compared,and subjective clinical follow-up was carried out to compare the survey results.Results The theoretical and practical performance of nursing interns in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of students'teaching effect evaluation content in the experimental group(conducive to improving learning quality,conducive to career development,conducive to cultivating clinical thinking,and learning satisfaction)were significantly higher than those of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the return visit of the experimental group(doctor-patient communication ability,clinical basic skills,clinical adaptability,satisfaction with teaching)were significantly better than the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching methods,situational heuristic teaching has more obvious advantages when applied to acupuncture and massage teaching.It can significantly improve students'mastery of theoretical knowledge and proficiency in practical operations,improve their overall quality,and also make students more satisfied with the teaching process and effect.
