摘要
目的分析护生主导式查房在肾内科护理教学中的价值。方法将2018年9月-2019年7月80名肾内科实习护生纳入实验中,借助随机数表法均分实验人员,组别设置为参照组、实验组,每组40名,参照组配合传统护理教学模式,实验组给予护生主导式查房教学,两组实习护士的对比指标选择院教学质量、学生教学满意率。结果对比两组教学评分,实验组分数高于参照组(P<0.05),对比两组教学满意率,实验组高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论肾内科护理教学中使用护生主导式查房,可以进一步提升实习护士的理论知识、护理沟通能力、人文关怀以及临床实操,以及教学满意度评价方面,学生更加满意该法,整体实施过程理想。
Objective To analyze the value of nursing student-led ward rounds in nephrology nursing teaching.Methods From September 2018 to July 2019,80 nephrology practice nurses were included in the experiment,and the experimental staff were equally divided by the random number table method.The groups were set as the reference group and the experimental group,with 40 in each group.The reference group cooperated with the traditional nursing teaching model,and the experimental group gave nursing students-led ward round teaching.The comparison indicators of the two groups of practice nurses were selected:teaching quality,student teaching satisfaction rate.Results Comparing the teaching scores of the two groups,the number of experimental components was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05),and the teaching satisfaction rate between the two groups was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of nursing student-led ward rounds in nephrology nursing teaching,which can further enhance the theoretical knowledge,nursing communication skills,humanistic care and clinical practice of the practice nurses,and students are more satisfied with the law.The overall implementation process is ideal.
