责任制带教模式在骨与软组织科实习护生带教中的作用

The Role of Responsibility System in Teaching Nursing Students in Bone and Soft Tissue Department

目的探讨骨与软组织科实习护生带教中实施责任制带教模式的作用效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年10月该院骨软组织科80名实习护生,按照这随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各40名。其中对照组实习护生实施传统带教,试验组实习护生实施责任制带教模式,对比两组实习护生出科考核结果、实习积极性。结果试验组理论知识(9.0±0.3)分、操作技能(8.7±0.2)分、病情观察(9.5±0.3)分、思维能力(8.3±0.4)分、病历书写(9.1±0.1)分、沟通能力(9.3±0.4)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组实习护生实习积极性95.00%高于对照组72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论责任制带教对骨与软组织科实习护生带教具有重要意义,能够提高护生考核成绩,提高实习积极性,具有重要的教学指导价值。

Objective To explore the effect of the implementation of the responsibility system in the teaching of intern nursing students in the department of bone and soft tissue.Methods From January 2018 to October 2019,80 interns in the department of bone and soft tissue of the hospital were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to this random number table,with 40 cases in each group.Among them,the control group of interns implemented traditional teaching,and the experimental group of interns implemented the responsibility system.The two groups of interns were compared with the examination results and the enthusiasm of internship.Results The test group's theoretical knowledge(9.0±0.3)points,operation skills(8.7±0.2)points,disease observation(9.5±0.3)points,thinking ability(8.3±0.4)points,medical record writing(9.1±0.1)points,communication ability(9.3±0.4)points,was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the practice enthusiasm of nurses in the experimental group was 95.00%higher than that of the control group 72.50%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Responsible teaching is of great significance to the teaching of intern nursing students in the bone and soft tissue department.It can improve the assessment results of nursing students and improve the enthusiasm of internship.It has important teaching guidance value.
