临床路径在乳腺科护理实习带教中的应用分析

摘要 目的分析临床路径在乳腺科护理实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取2018级护生70名为研究对象,按照实习带教方法不同分为实验组和对照组,各35名,对照组采用常规教学法,实验组采用临床路径教学法,对比两组护生专业知识、服务态度、患者评价及两组护生期末成绩。结果实验组护生专业知识、服务态度及患者评价显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实验组护生期末成绩评价显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺科护理实习带教中,融入临床路径教学指导,能够提高护生自身实习水平,对护生专业知识检验具有一定帮助,因而可以在临床教学中,将临床路径与乳腺科护理实习带教结合,从而为护生技能水平提升奠定基础。 Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical pathway in breast nursing practice teaching.Methods Selected 70 nursing students of 2018 grade as the research objects,and divided them into experimental group and control group according to different teaching methods.The control group adopted conventional teaching method and the experimental group adopted clinical path teaching method.Compare the two groups of nursing students Professional knowledge,service attitude,patient evaluation and final results of two groups of nursing students.Results The professional knowledge,service attitude and patient evaluation of the experimental group of nursing students were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the evaluation of the final grade of nursing students of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Incorporating clinical pathway teaching guidance in breast nursing practice teaching can improve the level of nursing students'own practice,and it is helpful to the examination of professional knowledge of nursing students.Therefore,clinical pathways can be combined with breast nursing practice in clinical teaching.The combination of teaching and teaching lays the foundation for the improvement of the skill level of nursing students.
