加强供应室消毒灭菌管理的方法和分析

Methods and Experience of Strengthening Disinfection and Sterilization Management in Supply Room

目的探讨加强供应室消毒灭菌管理的方法,总结新型管理方法的实施经验。方法纳入该院消毒供应室2019年10月15日-2019年10月31日300件手术器械,所选器械均未进行消毒处理,随机分为两组,观察组(n=150)手术器械采用给予精细化清洗及消毒操作,对照组(n=150)手术器械采用常规消毒方法,对比两组消毒管理效果。结果观察组消毒灭菌合格率(98.67%)、器械包装合格率(97.33%)、器械功能完好率(100.00%)均明显高于对照组(88.00%、86.67%、92.00%),对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组消毒管理、灭菌管理、安全管理、回收管理的质量评分均高于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化供应室消毒灭菌管理效果,采取精细化操作,可提高清洗效果,提高工作质量,具有应用优势。

Objective To discuss methods for strengthening the management of disinfection and sterilization in the supply room,and to summarize the implementation experience of new management methods.Methods From October 15,2019 to October 31,2019 Include 300 surgical instruments in the disinfection supply room of the hospital recently.None of the selected instruments have been disinfected.They were randomly divided into 2 groups.The observation group(n=150)used surgical instruments to perform refined cleaning and disinfection operations,and the control group(n=150),routine disinfection methods were used for surgical instruments,and the disinfection management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization in the observation group(98.67%),the qualified rate of device packaging(97.33%),and the intact rate of device functions(100.00%)were significantly higher than those of the control group(88.00%,86.67%,92.00%).There was statistical significance(P<0.05);the quality scores of disinfection management,sterilization management,safety management,and recovery management of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the management effect of disinfection and sterilization in the supply room and adopting refined operation can improve the cleaning effect and improve the quality of work.It has application advantages.
