宁夏科技扶贫人员工作满意度实证研究

摘要 贫困问题一直是困扰世界发展的难题,我国在反贫困进程中采取了多种措施,其中科技扶贫是一项在农村开展的重要反贫困举措,而科技扶贫人员是推动科技扶贫进程的重要载体,科技扶贫人员的工作满意度对扶贫绩效提升有着重要影响。通过对宁夏科技扶贫人员工作满意度的调研,探讨影响科技扶贫人员工作满意度的主要因素。利用SPSS 24.0分析科技扶贫人员对福利津贴、硬性制度要求、单位政策支持、扶贫村政策支持、工作资源供给及时性、自我认可、他人认可等7个维度的感知评价,进而找到提升科技扶贫人员工作满意度的突破口。结果表明:岗位培训有助于科技扶贫人员工作技能提升;科技扶贫人员对扶贫村政策支持、自我认可、他人认可的满意度较高,对福利津贴、硬性制度要求、工作资源供给及时性的满意度有待提高。 Poverty has always been a problem that has plagued the development of the world.China has adopted various measures in the process of anti-poverty.Among them,science and technology poverty alleviation is an important anti-poverty measure in rural areas,and science and technology poverty alleviation personnel are an important carrier to promote the poverty alleviation process.The job satisfaction of poverty alleviation personnel has an important impact on the improvement of poverty alleviation performance.Through research on the job satisfaction of science and technology poverty alleviation personnel in Ningxia,we can find the main factors that affect the job satisfaction of science and technology poverty alleviation personnel,with a view to better promoting the poverty alleviation cause in Ningxia,and providing a strong support for the establishment of a well-off society in 2020.Based on SPSS 24.0 software,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the job satisfaction of Ningxia science and technology poverty alleviation personnel,from which we discuss the science and technology poverty alleviation personnel's welfare allowances,rigid system requirements,unit policy support,poverty alleviation village policy support,timeliness of work resource supply,self-recognition,others Recognition and other seven-dimensional perception evaluation,and then find a breakthrough to improve the job satisfaction of science and technology poverty alleviation personnel.The results show that job training contributes to the improvement of work skills of science and technology poverty alleviation personnel.Science and technology poverty alleviation personnel have high satisfaction with the policy support,self-recognition and others'recognition of poverty alleviation villages.Welfare subsidies,hard system requirements,and timeliness of supply of work resources needs improvement.
