不同质量浓度蔗糖对波斯顿蕨继代增殖与生根的影响

摘要 以金叶波斯顿蕨和绿叶波斯顿蕨(Nephrolepis exaltata)继代苗为试验材料,设置蔗糖质量浓度梯度,研究蔗糖不同质量浓度对继代苗形态指标和生根的影响。结果表明:在光照2400 lx、(26±2)℃条件下,离体培养过程中,ρ(蔗糖)=5.0~20.0 g/L作为碳源底物,利于波斯顿蕨组培苗形态建成,无糖条件有利于试管苗生根。无糖组培促进试管苗的光合作用,能够增强试管苗的自养生长能力。适宜波斯顿蕨继代增殖的蔗糖质量浓度为5.0~20.0g/L,无糖有利于波斯顿蕨继代生根。 The effect of sucrose concentration on the proliferation and rooting of the stepping-seedlings of golden leaf Nephrolepis exaltata and green leaf N.exaltatawas studied by setting different sucrose concentration gradients.The results showed that sucrose at the concentration of 5.0~20.0 g/L was beneficial to the formation of tissue cultured plantlets of ferns bostons and to the rooting of test-tube plantlets in vitro under the condition of all-day illumination at 2400 lx and temperature of(26±2)℃.Sugar-free tissue culture promoted the photosynthesis of test-tube seedlings and enhanced the autotrophic growth capacity of test-tube seedlings.The concentration of sucrose suitable for the growth of bosten ferns was 5.0~20.0 g/L,and the concentration of sucrose suitable for the growth of bosten ferns was 0 g/L.
