摘要
目的视神经管毗邻的结构复杂,建立三维视神经模型,以达到多角度直观观察视神经的目的。方法拷贝头颈CT血管造影(CTA)并对视神经、蝶窦及后组筛窦进行数字化三维重建,分析三维立体图像上视神经的毗邻结构及分型。结果获得了视神经、蝶窦及后组筛窦的三维模型。根据视神经的三维立体毗邻结构将其分为3种类型,即:蝶窦型、筛窦型和蝶筛型。分析了视神经毗邻位置的分型所对应的蝶窦与筛窦气化程度的关系。结论三维立体模型中可以全方位直观观察视神经的毗邻结构。
Objective The structure adjacent to the optic nerve is complex.To this end,a three-dimensional optic nerve model is established to achieve the purpose of visually observing the optic nerve from multiple angles.Methods Copy the head and neck CT angiography(CTA)and digitally and three-dimensionally reconstruct the optic nerve,sphenoid sinus and posterior ethmoid sinus,and analyze the adjacent structure and classification of the optic nerve on the threedimensional stereoscopic image.Results Three-dimensional models of optic nerve,sphenoid sinus and posterior ethmoid sinus were obtained.According to the three-dimensional adjacent structure of the optic nerve,it is divided into three types,namely:sphenoid sinus type,ethmoid sinus type and sphenoid sinus type.The relationship between the sphenoid sinus and the ethmoid sinus gasification degree corresponding to the classification of the adjacent position of the optic nerve was analyzed.Conclusion In the three-dimensional model,the adjacent structure of optic nerve(OPN)can be observed intuitively and comprehensively.
