烟蚜茧蜂载体植物系统对烟蚜的田间防效研究 被引量:3

Control effect of the banker plant system of Raphanus sativus-Lipaphis erysimi-Aphidius gifuensis on Myzus persicae in the field

摘要 为探究烟蚜茧蜂载体植物系统不同释放量对烟蚜的田间防效,本研究比较了释放不同数量载体植物系统,烟田蚜虫数量和虫口减退率的变化。结果表明,释放载体植物系统25 d,释放20株和25株载体植物系统的烟蚜数量显著低于对照组和其他各处理组。释放5株、10株、15株、20株和25株载体植物系统虫口减退率分别为-46.19%、-55.26%、-18.47%、10.18%和24.53%,释放20株、25株载体植物系统防效可达70.99%和77.17%,且两者存在显著差异。综上可知,在烟蚜基数为(38.60~48.13)头/10株时,烟蚜茧蜂载体植物系统防治烟蚜最佳比例为每10×10 m烟田释放25株载体植物系统,在实际应用中,可根据烟蚜发生情况选择适当的释放株数。 To explore the control effect of the banker plant system of Raphanus sativus-Lipaphis erysimi-Aphidius gifuensis on Myzus persicae,we studied the control effect of banker plant systems at the density of 5,10,15,20,and 25 sets per plot(10×10 m)on M.persicae in tobacco fields.The result showed that,after placed for 25 days,the number of M.persicae in the banker plant systems with 20 and 25 plants was significantly lower than that in the control group and other treatment groups.The aphid population in banker plant systems with 5,10,15,20 and 25 plants declined at-46.19%,-55.26%,-18.47%,10.18%and 24.53%,respectively.The control effects of the banker plant systems with 20 and 25 plants on M.persicae were 70.99%and 77.17%,respectively.In summary,the optimal banker plant density to control M.persicae is 25 plants per 10×10 m when the number of M.persicae was 38.60~48.13 individuals/10 plants.In practical application,the appropriate number of banker plant systems can be determined according to the occurrence of pests.
