摘要
为准确测定烟用香精香料中的乙醇、水、1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇,以正丁醇为内标,建立了气相色谱-热导检测器(GC-TCD)分析方法,并采用该方法测定了10个烟用香精香料样品。结果表明:该方法的检出限和定量限分别为0.01~0.14mg/m L和0.03~0.46mg/m L,回收率95.0%~103.3%,相对标准偏差0.23%~1.11%;10个烟用香精香料中乙醇、水和1,2-丙二醇的含量分别在0~419.50 mg/g、17.43~280.57 mg/g和304.38~877.18 mg/g之间;所有样品中均未检出丙三醇。该方法操作简单、分析速度快、灵敏度高、定量准确,适合于烟用香精香料中溶剂及水分含量的检测。
In order to accurately determine the contents of ethanol,water,1,2-propylene glycol and glycerol in tobacco flavor,a gas chromatography-thermal conductivity detector(GC-TCD)method was established by using n-butanol as internal standard.Ten tobacco flavor samples were tested by this method.Results showed that the recoveries of ethanol,water,1,2-propylene glycol and glycerol ranged from 95.0%to 103.3%with the limits of detection(LOD)of 0.01 to 0.14 mg/mL and RSDs of 0.23%to 1.11%.The contents of ethanol,water,1,2-propylene glycol and glycerol in the samples ranged from 0 to 419.50,17.43 to 280.57,304.38 to 877.18 mg/g,respectively.Glycerol was not detected in all samples.This method is simple,fast,sensitive,accuracy and suitable for determining solvent and water contents in tobacco flavor.
