分散式农村生活污水处理设施统一管理模式研究——以平望镇为例

Research on unified management mode of decentralized rural domestic sewage treatment facilities:A case study of Pingwang Town

分散式农村污水治理一直是整个生态环境治理的痛点之一。究其原因,问题往往不在处理设施本身,而是在设施后期的运维管理。基于对平望镇农村分散污水处理设施现状的实地调研,并结合处理设施运维管理中存在的问题,提出一套可行性好、长效化的运维管理机制,以期为今后分散式农村生活污水治理提供一些指导和建议。

Dispersed sewage treatment in rural areas has always been one of the pain points of the entire ecological environment management.The problem is often not the treatment facility itself,but the later operation and maintenance management of the facility.Based on the field investigation of Pingwang Town,and combined with the problems in the operation and maintenance management of rural domestic sewage treatment facilities in the town,this paper proposes a set of feasible and long-term operation and maintenance management mechanism,with a view to provide some guidance and suggestions for the treatment of dispersing domestic sewage in rural areas in the future.
