智慧海绵监测数据有效性识别与运维管理研究

Research on validity identification of monitoring data and operation&maintenance management of smart sponge city

对海绵监测相关数据开展系统化的数据的采集、整理、甄别、分析工作是提高海绵监测数据整体的有效性,实现智慧海绵智慧管控和决策的前提和基础。分析智慧海绵监测普遍存在的监测数据测不到和测不准的问题,总结和梳理出海绵城市建设管控监测数据有效性判别的方法,结合海绵城市监测特点和监测数据类型,按照数据初步筛选查验、数据理论计算校验、数据间逻辑自互校验的过程开展数据的筛查和校验;同时通过监测维护保障体系和运行机制等的建立并实践,为支撑开展海绵大数据的挖掘与分析,实现实时监测、数据、模型和平台之间的真正融合,发挥“智慧”海绵的数据价值提供可借鉴的模式和方法参考。

The systematic collection,sorting,screening and analysis of sponge monitoring data is the prerequisite and foundation for improving the overall effectiveness of sponge monitoring data and realizing intelligent sponge control and decision-making.This paper analyzes the problems of missing and uncertainty of monitoring data commonly existed in sponge monitoring,summarize and sort out the method to judge the validity of the monitoring data,conduct data screening and validation in following the procedure of preliminary screening,theoretical calculation and logic selfcheck between data.At the same time,through the establishment and practice of the maintenance and guarantee system and operation mechanism,it provides a model and method reference for supporting the mining and analysis of sponge big data,and giving full play to the data value of smart sponge.
