摘要
在国家大力推动绿色智慧化煤港建设过程中,大型煤炭散货港口面临不确定环境下生产过程与节能环保协调的水资源控制调度问题。以黄骅港为例,首先通过系统梳理港区水资源调度基础设施与生产作业流程体系,得到黄骅港四级生产水资源调度系统框架。然后综合考虑黄骅港生产购水成本、调水能耗和不确定性用水情景,构建了一个不确定性多目标规划模型,并设计了求解算法。最后,在黄骅港典型的生产用水情景下进行算例分析,验证了水资源调度系统框架、规划模型以及求解算法的适用性和有效性。不仅为黄骅港的水资源调度提供了决策支持,也为我国其他大型煤炭散货港口的绿色智慧化转型与升级提供了借鉴与参考。
In the process of vigorously promoting the construction of green and intelligent coal ports in the country,large-scale coal bulk cargo ports are faced with water resources dispatching problems in which production processes and energy conservation and environmental protection are coordinated under uncertain circumstances.Taking Huanghua Port as an example,firstly,through the systematic review of the water resources dispatching infrastructure and production operation system of the port area,the framework of the four-level production water dispatching system of Huanghua port was obtained.Then,considering the production water cost,water regulation energy consumption and uncertain water use scenario in Huanghua Port,an uncertain multi-objective programming model is constructed and the algorithm is designed.Finally,a case study is carried out under the typical production water situation of Huanghua Port,which verifies the applicability and effectiveness of the water resources dispatching system framework and optimization model.The research work in this paper not only provides decision support for the water resources dispatch of Huanghua Port,but also provides reference for the green intelligent transformation and upgrading of other large coal bulk ports in China.
