论唐人岭南山水之二元审美

On the Dual Aesthetics of Lingnan Mountains and Waters by Scholars in Tang Dynasty

岭南地区在唐代士人心目中是蛮荒瘴疠之地,唐人文学作品中描绘的岭南山水多是蛮荒、恐怖的形象。唐代岭南道成为安置贬谪官员最多的场所,因贬官或其他原因寓居岭南的士人在生活中发现了岭南山水之美,他们进而在文学作品中书写了岭南山水的二元面貌。文人性情的差异、个人经历的不同、创作场景的变化以及山水自身的地域差异等造成了唐人岭南山水之二元审美。

Lingnan area was wasteland of miasma in the minds of scholars in Tang Dynasty,and the landscape of Lingnan depicted in the literary works of Tang Dynasty are mostly wild and horrible images.In Tang Dynasty,Lingnan road became the place where most demoted officials were resettled.Scholars living in Lingnan for demotion or other reasons found the beauty of Lingnan mountains and rivers in their life,and then they wrote the dual features of Lingnan mountains and rivers in their literary works.The differences of literati’s temperaments,personal experiences,change of creation scenes and the regional differences of landscapes themselves caused the dual aesthetics of Lingnan mountains and waters by scholars in Tang Dynasty.
