盾构近距离侧穿建筑遗产的施工技术分析及保护措施加固效果 被引量:11

摘要 为严格控制地表沉降,最大限度地减小施工对不可复制建筑遗产的影响,结合郑州地铁3号线近距离侧穿全国重点文物保护单位--二七纪念塔的实际工程,采用数值模拟和现场实测的方法,建立隧道-土体-建筑遗产的三维有限元模型,进行了盾构施工前二七纪念塔周边加固效果、施工技术参数优化、施工现场实测值与数值计算值对比分析;验证了排桩加固效果、施工技术参数选取的合理性、数值计算和监测数据的一致性。结果表明:适宜的加固措施和施工技术可以有效控制地表沉降,保证盾构近距离侧穿建筑遗产的安全性和完整性,为同类工程施工提供参考。 To strictly control the ground settlement and minimize the impact of construction on the non-replicating architectural heritage,the actual tunneling project of Zhengzhou metro line 3 was analyzed.The project run at a short distance through the Zhengzhou Memorial Tower,a national key cultural relic protection unit.The means of numerical simulation and field measurement were applied.First,the three-dimensional finite element model of tunnel-soil-architectural heritage was established.Secondly,reinforcement effect around the tower before shield construction,optimization analysis of construction technical parameters,comparison analysis of field measured value and numerical calculation value were carried out,to verify the rationality of construction technical parameters selection,reinforcement effect of pile row,consistency of numerical calculation,and monitoring data.The results show that appropriate reinforcement measures and construction techniques can effectively control the surface settlement,ensure the safety and integrity of the shield tunneling near the side of the architectural heritage,and provide a reference for the construction of similar projects.
