系统耦合理论视域下创新能力培养的阻滞机制及应对策略

摘要 针对当前高校人才创新能力不足和创新意识不强的现象,文章结合系统耦合理论视域,分析创新能力培养在师资力量、课程设置和创新氛围三方面受到的阻滞,并从加强创新能力培养的师资建设、提升创新能力培养的优化课程设置以及营造创新氛围的具体措施三个方面进行阐述,为培养更多的创新型人才提供理论依据。 The current environment of innovation in universities and college is lacking in both awareness and ability to provide innovation,leads to the current phenomenon of insufficient focus and resources on innovation.This article analyzes the obstacles to innovation in universities and colleges and how they can cultivating innovation abilities in terms of teacher resources,curriculum,and create an atmosphere of innovation to strengthen the innovation ability.These three aspects of cultivating the teachers,optimizing the curriculum to focus on innovation and the specific measures for creating a innovative atmosphere are elaborated in this article to provide a theoretical basis for training and innovative talents.
