摘要 为了解决高压直流继电器在大短路电流下触头会因电动斥力过大而斥开造成接触失效的问题,基于Ansoft Maxwell对高压直流继电器进行电磁场分析,得到不同电流下触头、导电桥及动簧片的电流密度分布、磁场强度分布及受力情况,并分析了动触头高度、触头间距、动簧片结构对动簧片组件及部件电动斥力的影响。通过短路电流实验,验证了电动斥力理论计算与有限元电磁场分析,实验结果与有限元仿真值误差为2.35%。研究结果为高压直流继电器的优化提供了参考。 In order to solve the problem of contact failure caused by too much electric-dynamic repulsion force of high-voltage DC relay under the condition of large short-circuit current,the electro-magnetic field of high-voltage DC relay was analyzed through Ansoft Maxwell.The current density distribution,magnetic intensity distribution and the force of contact,conducting bridge and moving reed under different current were obtained.The influence of moving contact height,contact distance and moving reed structure on the electric repulsion force of moving reed components and parts were analyzed.The theoretical calculation of the electric repulsion force and the finite element electromagnetic field analysis were verified by the short-circuit current experiment.The error between the experimental results and the finite element simulation value is 2.35%.This provides the basis for the optimization design of high-voltage DC relay.
